I wanted to update you on the next meeting for the Stokes Citizens Against Gassing. We are going to meet on April 14 at 7:00 pm once again at the Germanton Elementary School. We will be meeting in the cafeteria this time. We hope you will plan to be there and PLEASE bring at least one new person with you to the meeting! We must increase our support base in order to make an impact with the county commissioners! Jennifer Tierney will be there to share her experiences with changes in Forsyth County animal issues. If you missed the commissioners meeting, she spoke and they were most interested in the things she had to say! She has agreed to help us in any way she can and she has a tremendous background in animal welfare issues in Forsyth County. We have to show them we are NOT going to back down on this. If you still have paper petitions, please keep getting signatures. The online petition has been fixed so if you tried to sign it and could not, it has been corrected.
